On the night of 25 September (from 18:00 on 24 September), Russian forces launched 176 attack UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera and other types from the directions of Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia) and Chauda (occupied Crimea), about 100 of them being Shaheds.
The air assault was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, as well as mobile fire groups of Ukraine’s Defence Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 08:30, air defence shot down or suppressed 150 UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera and other types over the north, south, east and centre of the country.
13 strike UAV impacts were recorded at 8 locations, as well as debris from downed drones at one location.
