Teletactica, a Ukrainian defence technology startup specializing in resilient communications for battlefield conditions, has raised $1.5 million in investment from MITS Capital and Green Flag Ventures. The funding will enable the company to expand its next-generation tactical communication systems for frontline deployment and accelerate its entry into European markets.

Founded by Yevhen Zhebko, Teletactica designs modular, secure communication hardware built specifically for environments with high electronic warfare (EW) interference and GPS denial. Its flagship products—compact video and telemetry modems, along with versatile antenna kits—are engineered for low power consumption, making them ideal for integration into UAVs, UGVs, and other unmanned systems. The company’s solutions are already deployed across Ukraine and are being upgraded to align with NATO standards.

“Our systems are designed to succeed where conventional communications fail,” said Zhebko. “We focus on low-latency, high-reliability performance, even under intense jamming. In fact, our devices maintain packet loss rates as low as 1% to 5%, and deliver five times better price-to-performance compared to existing Western-manufactured radios.”

The company is a graduate of the MITS Acceleration Program and previously secured a pre-seed round. MITS Capital’s CEO and Founding Partner, Perry Boyle, emphasized the strategic nature of their relationship:

"Teletactica has exceeded every technical and operational milestone we set during the acceleration process. Their progress and performance have been exceptional.”

Green Flag Ventures also sees strong potential in Teletactica’s offering.

“This is a highly capable team with deep frontline insight,” said General Partner Justin Zeefe. “They’ve transitioned from the private sector and applied their expertise to solve critical electronic warfare challenges in real-time. Their solutions are already in active use by Ukrainian military units, and we believe they’re positioned to lead a vital and growing market segment.”

With this new funding, Teletactica plans to expand its product line and strengthen its presence in Ukraine, while actively preparing for European market entry through strategic partnerships and sales.
