Russia attacked Odessa region with strike drones, killing a man and injuring three others. Buildings and transport were damaged.

Yesterday evening, Russian forces launched an attack on Odessa region using strike drones. As a result, a 41-year-old man was killed, and three others were injured and hospitalized. According to the Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into a war crime that led to the death of a person (Part 2, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The attack was carried out by drones, the type and number of which are being determined. The strikes targeted Odessa district.
In addition to casualties, a private house, a business facility, a sports facility, and both cargo and passenger vehicles were damaged. Prosecutors and law enforcement officers are working at the attack sites to document the aftermath. Fires broke out due to the strikes, but emergency responders quickly extinguished them.
Efforts to eliminate the consequences of the shelling are ongoing.
