On the night of Thursday, January 30, the Russian army launched a second attack on the Izmail district in the Odesіa region. The attack caused damage to a hospital and private homes.

Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odesa regional military administration, reported this on Telegram.

He said that the attack on the district took place at dawn, and air defense forces worked to destroy the enemy drones.

As a result of the attack, two private houses, a grain warehouse, and cars were damaged. The district hospital was also affected, with windows blown out and damage to the facade and ceiling.

"All relevant services are working at the site. Law enforcement is documenting the aftermath of another terrorist act by the Russians against the civilian population of the Odesіa region," Kiper wrote.
