On the night of March 19, 2025 (from 7:00 PM on March 18), the Russian forces launched two Iskander-M ballistic missiles, four S-300 guided anti-aircraft missiles, and 145 Shahed strike UAVs and various types of UAV decoys from the following directions: Bryansk, Orel, Shatalovo, Kursk, Millerovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Russia.
The airstrike was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Air Forces and Defense Forces of Ukraine.
As of 8:00 AM, the destruction of 72 Shahed strike UAVs and UAV decoys of other types has been confirmed in the Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Odessa regions.
56 UAV decoys have been lost locationally (without negative consequences).
As a result of the Russian attack, the Sumy, Odessa, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, and Chernihiv regions were affected.
