Kherson Region:
In Kherson, two people were killed and five others injured amid ongoing Russian drone attacks, airstrikes, and artillery shelling, the regional administration reported. More than 40 settlements were affected, including Berislav, Bilyaivka, Novoraysk, Kostyrka, Shevchenkivka, Antonivka, Kizomys, and the city of Kherson itself. Damage was reported to three multi-storey buildings, eight private homes, a farm, a cell tower, a water tower, a gas pipeline, and private vehicles.

Sumy Region:
A massive Russian strike on the energy infrastructure left parts of Sumy and the surrounding district without electricity, according to Oleg Hryhorov, head of the regional administration. Emergency services and utility crews are operating in reinforced mode, while critical infrastructure runs on backup power. Over the past day, Russian forces carried out 105 attacks across 33 settlements in the region, injuring two civilians. Damage included private homes, shops, warehouses, vehicles, and power lines.

Zaporizhzhia Region:
In Zaporizhzhia and Vilnyansk, 16 people were wounded following Russian airstrikes, artillery attacks, MLRS barrages, and drone strikes. The regional administration reported 642 strikes across 26 settlements, with 130 confirmed incidents of damage to homes, vehicles, and other infrastructure. The attacks targeted both urban centers and smaller communities, including Huliaipole, Stepove, Prymorske, Charivne, and Bilenke.

Two deaths occurred in Kostiantynivka and one in Druzhkivka. The total reported casualties from Russian aggression in the Donetsk region now reach 3,761 killed and 8,565 wounded, excluding Mariupol and Volnovakha.

Dnipropetrovsk Region:
Drones and heavy artillery targeted Nikopol, Pavlohrad, and parts of Synelnykove district, causing explosions and infrastructure damage. No casualties were reported. Ukrainian defense forces intercepted and shot down three drones during the attacks, according to the acting regional head, Vladyslav Haivanenko.
