Sumy region

In Sumy region, a couple and their two children were killed as a result of a Russian drone strike on a residential building, according to the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov.

He said that during the night, the Russian forces deliberately struck a residential house in the village of Chernechchyna, Krasnopillia community, with an attack drone. A couple with two young children lived in the house.

Rescuers recovered the bodies of four victims — the parents and their sons aged 6 and 4 — from under the rubble.

Donetsk region

On September 29, the Russian army killed three residents of Donetsk region, as reported by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.

According to him, the Russians killed two people in Kostiantynivka and one person in Druzhkivka. 8 more people in the region were injured over the past day. Filashkin emphasized that the total number of victims in Donetsk region (3,667 killed and 8,235 injured) does not include Mariupol and Volnovakha.

Zaporizhzhia region

Over the past day, the Russian army carried out 553 strikes on 14 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region, as reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.

He said that Russian forces launched four airstrikes on Veselyanka, Zaliznychne, and Novoselivka. A total of 382 drones of various types (mostly FPVs) attacked Novomykolaivka, Komyshuvakha, Chervonodniprovka, Mykhailivka, Hulyaipole, Prymorske, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne. 5 MLRS strikes were carried out on Mala Tokmachka and Poltavka. The Russian forces also launched 162 artillery attacks on Chervonodniprovka, Prymorske, Hulyaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne.

Fedorov noted that 57 reports were received of damage to homes, equipment, and infrastructure facilities. No casualties were reported.

Kherson region

In Kherson region, one person was killed and four others were injured over the past day as a result of Russian aggression, according to the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

According to him, Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Blahovishchenske, Zymivnyk, Sadove, Bilozerka, Romashkove, Tomyna Balka, Kizomys, Veletenske, Dniprovske, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Sofiivka, Shyroka Balka, Mykilske, Poniativka, Tokarivka, Beryslav, Chervonyi Mayak, Lvove, Burhunka, Odradokamyanka, Tyahynka, Zolota Balka, Kostyrka, Osokorivka, Vesele, and Kherson came under enemy drone attacks, airstrikes, and artillery shelling.

Four apartment buildings, 16 private houses, a church, an administrative building, a museum, a private car, and a gas pipeline were damaged.

Prokudin emphasized that due to Russian aggression, one person was killed and four others injured.

Kyiv region

In the Brovary district of Kyiv region, a Russian drone attack damaged a private house and outbuildings, and injured a woman, as reported by the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

According to the administration, a woman born in 1950 was injured in the attack. She suffered an acute stress reaction and a hypertensive crisis. All necessary medical assistance was provided on the spot. A private residential house, outbuildings, and a car were also damaged.

The Kyiv administration emphasized that no critical infrastructure facilities were hit.

Kharkiv region

In Kharkiv region, three settlements came under Russian attacks over the past day, damaging and destroying civilian infrastructure, Oleg Synegubov, head of the regional administration, reported on Facebook.

Synegubov noted that FPV drones were used across Kharkiv region.

  • In Kupiansk, a house was damaged, and meadows burned in Hrushivka, Kupiansk district.
  • In Tymofiivka, Bohodukhiv district, a private house was damaged.
  • In Slobozhanske, a 16-year-old boy was injured by an unknown explosive device.

The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 47 people in the past day; 36 remain. Since opening, 5,097 people have been registered at the point.

Chernihiv region

In Chernihiv region, a Russian strike on an energy infrastructure facility left over 26,000 customers without power.

On the morning of September 30, Bobrovychchyna came under attack, damaging the energy facility. Power outages affected more than 26,000 people in Bobrovytsia city and nearby settlements. Repair work has begun, but will proceed considering the security situation, the energy company emphasized.
