28 reports were received about damage to residential houses, apartments and infrastructure facilities. No civilian casualties were reported.
Sumy region
On the morning of September 26, the Russian army struck the Stetskivka community in Sumy region, damaging residential houses, as reported by by the Sumy City Council.
“At about 4:20 a.m., the enemy hit the residential area of the Stetskivka community, reportedly with a KAB (guided aerial bomb). As a result of the attack, residential houses were damaged,” the statement reads.
The City Council noted that there may be disruptions in electricity and gas supply. The scale of the attack is being clarified.
