Kherson region
In the Kherson region, six people were injured over the past day as a result of Russian strikes. This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
The settlements of Antonivka, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Pryozerne, Komyshany, Sonyachne, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Kizomys, Tomyna Balka, Shyroka Balka, Oleksandrivka, Mykilske, Poniativka, Inhulets, Novotiagynka, Daryivka, Beryslav, Zolota Balka, Novoberislav, Mylove, Dudchany, Novohryhorivka, Burhunka, Kostyrka, Odradokamianka, Osokorivka, Vesele, Kozatske, and Kherson came under drone terror, airstrikes, and artillery shelling.
8 apartment buildings, 14 private houses, an administrative building, private cars, and a bus were damaged.
Kharkiv region
Russian forces struck seven settlements in the Kharkiv region over the past day, injuring four people. The head of the Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this.
According to him, a 61-year-old man was injured in Ruska Lozova, Derhachi community; in Dokuchaievske, Rohan community, a 73-year-old woman and two men aged 65 and 39 were wounded.
To carry out the attacks on the Kharkiv region, Russian troops used one guided aerial bomb, 11 Geran-2 drones, one FPV drone, and 16 other unmanned aerial vehicles whose types are being identified.
In the Kupiansk district, two private houses were damaged; in the Kharkiv district, four private houses and an outbuilding sustained damage
Zaporizhzhia region
Over the past day, the Russian forces carried out 668 strikes on 14 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region, as reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.
According to him, Russian forces launched three airstrikes on Malokaterynivka, Chervone, and Malynivka.
A total of 402 drones of various types (mostly FPV) targeted Chervonodniprovka, Bilenke, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne.
There were four multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) attacks on Hryhorivka, Stepnohirsk, and Uspenivka, and 259 artillery strikes were recorded in the areas of Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne.
There were 42 reports of damaged homes, infrastructure facilities, and vehicles. No civilian casualties were reported.
Sumy region
From the morning of November 3 to the morning of November 4, the Russian army carried out 100 attacks on 37 settlements across 15 territorial communities in the Sumy region. This was reported by the Sumy Regional Military Administration on Telegram.
- Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces launched around 10 airstrikes using guided bombs and carried out 10 attacks with multiple rocket launch systems (MLRS).
 - The Russian forces also attacked the region with UAVs and FPV drones and dropped more than 20 VOG grenades.
 - In the Boromlia community, non-residential buildings and three private homes were damaged. In the Popivka community, a non-residential building was hit.
 - In the Bilopillia, Shalyhyne, and Seredyna-Buda communities, civilian infrastructure facilities sustained damage.
 - In the Krasnopillia community, a civilian infrastructure facility and a private house were damaged, while in the Velyka Pysarivka community, one private home was hit.
 
Updated information indicates that on November 2, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged in the Richky community.
On November 3, in the Trostianets community, one private house was destroyed, several others and vehicles were damaged, along with a civilian infrastructure site.
In the Popivka community, eight private houses, a summer kitchen, and an outbuilding were damaged.
Over the past day, another eight people were evacuated from border communities in the Sumy region.
Over the past day, the air raid alert in the region lasted 19 hours and 24 minutes.
Dnipropetrovsk region
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, one person was killed and 11 others were injured as a result of Russian attacks, according to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Vladyslav Haivanenko.
He said that the Russian forces attacked the Mykolaiv community in the Synelnykove district with a missile and drones.
- A 65-year-old woman was killed. Eight people were injured, including two children. A 15-year-old boy will be treated on an outpatient basis, while a 5-year-old girl and two adults were hospitalized in serious condition.
 - A café-shop, a private house, and a car caught fire. Twelve homes were damaged. The Vasylkiv community was hit by a guided aerial bomb, damaging vehicles.
 - The Nikopol district was attacked by Russian FPV drones and shelled with artillery and Grad multiple rocket launchers. Nikopol, Marhanets, and Pokrovske communities came under fire. Three men aged 43, 51, and 52 were injured.
 
In Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian forces struck an ambulance, injuring three medics, according to the State Emergency Service.
“In Nikopol, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian forces deliberately targeted an ambulance that was transporting a sick person to the hospital. Three medics were injured, the patient was not harmed,” the statement reads.
