Russians struck Mykolaiv region four times on January 31. As a result of the enemy's attacks, there is damage and power outages.

This information was reported by the head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitaliy Kim, on Telegram.

Kim noted that the occupiers likely used "Iskander-M" missiles and the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system.

"Infrastructure objects and power supply networks were damaged," the head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration reported.

As a result of the attacks, more than 400 consumers were left without electricity, and restoration works are ongoing.

Also, on January 31, at 11:01 and 12:08, Russian mortar shelling was recorded in the waters of the Ochakiv community. No casualties reported.

Moreover, at 11:48, the Russian forces shelled the Kutsurub community with artillery fire and directed five FPV drones there throughout the day. No casualties reported.
