Russian forces attacked the Odessa region with drones at night, targeting port infrastructure in the southern part of the region. Fires broke out at the impact sites, and one person was injured, as reported by the State Emergency Service on Facebook.
"The target was port infrastructure in the southern part of the region. Fires ignited at the impact sites. One person was injured," the statement reads. Firefighters from the State Emergency Service extinguished the fires.
"At night, the Russian forces also launched a mass attack on the Izmail district with strike drones. One person was injured," reported Oleh Kiper, the head of Odesa Regional Military Admnitration
Our air defense forces worked to destroy the Russian drones.
As a result of the attack, there was damage to port infrastructure and a non-operating educational institution. Additionally, shrapnel struck a car, injuring a woman inside. She sustained a fragment wound to her thigh and was hospitalized in moderate condition. Medical assistance is being provided.
