Russian forces have killed 585 children in Ukraine, the Office of the Prosecutor General reported on Telegram.

"More than 2,249 children have suffered in Ukraine as a result of Russia's full-scale armed aggression. As of the morning of November 1, 2024, official information from juvenile prosecutors indicates that 585 children have been killed, and over 1,664 have sustained injuries of varying severity," the statement reads.

The highest number of child casualties is reported in Donetsk region (597), followed by Kharkiv (459), Kherson (184), Dnipropetrovsk (184), Kyiv (133), Zaporizhzhia (145), and Mykolaiv (117) regions.

On October 29, two boys aged 8 and 14 were injured in Russian shelling of the village of Stanislav in Kherson district, Kherson region.

The same day, a 16-year-old girl and a 1.6-year-old boy were injured in the shelling of Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka village in Donetsk region.

On October 30, a 10-year-old girl was injured in the shelling of the village of Bezruki in Dergachi district, Kharkiv region.

Also on October 30, a 14-year-old boy was injured in the shelling of Dnipro.

In Kharkiv, on October 30, two boys, aged 12 and 15, were killed in shelling, and an 11-year-old boy was injured.
