Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, came under an enemy air attack on March 25, using strike drones. A series of explosions was heard in the city area.
As a result of the attackfires broke out, and residential buildings, an industrial enterprise, a fire station, and more were damaged. The fires have already been extinguished.
This was reported by Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, and Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council.
"During the night, the enemy attacked the region with drones, causing several fires in Kryvyi Rih. Emergency responders managed to put them out," the official said.
Lysak added that drone strikes damaged an administrative building, warehouses, an enterprise, and six vehicles in Kryvyi Rih.
Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries, he noted, sharing photos of the aftermath online.
For his part, Vilkul noted that this was "the largest kamikaze drone attack on Kryvyi Rih since the beginning of the war."
"All emergency services were dispatched to the impact sites... As a result of the attack, an administrative building, warehouses, an industrial enterprise, a fire station, and six vehicles were damaged. The information is being clarified, and inspections of the affected areas are ongoing," he reported.
