In Kherson, Russians struck the railway station, damaging a carriage of train No. 110 Kherson–Lviv.
This was reported by Ukrzaliznytsia.
"The railway infrastructure is under enemy fire," the statement reads.
It is noted that Russian forces attacked the Kherson station and the surrounding infrastructure. As a result of the shelling, a carriage of train No. 110 Kherson–Lviv was damaged, and the train departed with a delay of an hour and a half.
There were no casualties. Employees and passengers were in a shelter. The damaged carriage will be replaced with a reserve one at the nearest stations.
According to preliminary information, the station building sustained shattered windows, and there was damage to power supply and water supply cables.
