The heads of the occupation administrations used the funds received from the residents to finance groups of the so-called "L / DPR", which take part in the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

With the help of an illegal software product, the occupiers transferred to the "budget" of the militants more than UAH 10 million equivalent.

The illegal business was organized by the head of the company, which signed contracts with representatives of the occupation administrations to maintain their computer systems.

More than ten employees were directly involved in software development and administration. To disguise their illegal activities, they were dispersed in various regions, including the temporarily occupied territories.

Among the main "customers" of services were occupied enterprises and institutions of gas and water supply.
