The sniper of the Security Service of Ukraine has set a world record for a successful shot. He eliminated a Russian military personnel from a distance of 3800 meters, as reported to RBC by the SSU (Security Service of Ukraine) press service.
It is noted that the previous record was 3540 meters.
"This shot was made by a special forces officer of the Security Service using the Ukrainian rifle 'Volodar Obriyu'," the press service announced.
The SSU added that the video clearly shows the hit on the target and the panic among the invaders who were standing nearby.
"The SSU snipers are changing the rules of global sniping, demonstrating the ability to effectively operate at fantastic distances," the press service noted.
