On the night of June 10, Ukrainian forces launched a missile strike on a Russian military object in the occupied Dzhankoi. Journalists have published satellite images showing the aftermath of the attack.

This was reported by the Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty project Schemes.

The satellite images reveal the consequences of a massive fire near the railway in the city of Dzhankoi in occupied Crimea. This morning, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Ukrainian troops had struck a Russian S-400 anti-aircraft missile division in Dzhankoi.

However, journalists note that the current quality of the satellite images does not allow for the precise identification of the type of equipment affected. Nevertheless, it is visible that the object appeared there in May 2024, and fortification structures were subsequently built nearby.

According to military expert Anatoliy Khrapchynskyi, the territory of this military object could have housed the Russian radar system "Podlet", which is used in conjunction with the S-300 and S-400 complexes. Meanwhile, military expert Mykhailo Zhyrokhov believes that deploying a radar system in this location would not have made sense, suggesting that it could have been another military facility.
