'Tatar Bunar' by Alex Cooper will begin its test operation in London on March 29

The Bessarabian cuisine restaurant "Tatar Bunar" by Alex Cooper will begin test operations in London on March 29.

The restaurateur announced this on his social media.

The official opening is scheduled for April 9, 2025, when the final menu will be presented.

During the test phase, they will serve onion bread, dumplings with cabbage and meat filling, banosh with mushrooms, and more. Ukrainian wines such as Kolonist, Beykush, Stakhovsky, Villa Tinta, and others will be offered.

The first "Tatar Bunar" establishment opened on June 1, 2024, in Odessa.

Alex Cooper is the founder and owner of over 20 projects in Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, and Odessa, including Kyiv Food Market, Odesa Food Market, Avi Kiosk, Molodist, Shalom, and Selyam.
