The guided aerial bomb hit the Nova Poshta terminal in Kharkiv: there is one fatality and 9 wounded

Due to the impact of guided air bombs on the Nova Poshta terminal in Kharkiv on Sunday, a man was killed, and 9 others, including a baby, were injured.

Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, reported that as a result of the strikes, a fire broke out in a non-residential civilian building, affecting the post office branch and 7 freight vehicles.

One person has been confirmed dead and 8 injured, including an eight-month-old baby.

Russian strike claims the life of at least one person - a 38-year-old Nova Poshta employee. His body was severely burned, necessitating DNA testing for identification.

Additionally, there are reports of 10 injured individuals: eight men, one woman, and a baby. The injured men are primarily drivers and one postal worker.

A family with an 8-month-old baby also suffered injuries as they were near the impact site. The infant sustained non-serious injuries and has been hospitalized for further examination.

The boy was in a car with his mother outside the area hit by the airstrike. The blast wave damaged the car, causing multiple bruises to the child due to the doors opening unexpectedly.

Other wounded individuals mostly have moderate injuries.

Nova Poshta confirmed that all shift workers were in bomb shelters and unharmed. However, casualties were reported among the population and truck drivers.

Police are compiling a list of everyone inside and near the terminal to determine the exact number of casualties. At the time of the projectile hitting the "Nova Poshta" premises, there could have been approximately 9 people present.
