Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, held a meeting with a delegation of French businesses — Business France, which included representatives of the French Embassy and executives from leading companies such as Bayard, Ingetec, EcoSun, LCR, RIOU GLASS, Technique Topo, and TimeLapse Go.

Kalashnyk reported this on Facebook.

The head of the regional administration thanked the French people, government, and businesses for their ongoing support of Ukraine and the Kyiv region.

He noted that “France has been and remains a reliable partner in matters of reconstruction, and the development of infrastructure, healthcare, and education.”

During the meeting, the participants discussed attracting investment to the region, as well as the advantages of opening businesses specifically in the Kyiv region.

The French entrepreneurs presented their projects and technological solutions that could be implemented in the fields of reconstruction, energy, construction, and recycling. All of them expressed interest in developing cooperation with the region, and practical interaction has already begun with some of the companies.

“French companies — Industrial Packing Solutions, Resilience Orthopedics SAS, and others — are already contributing to concrete humanitarian and technical initiatives, including the supply of mobile solar generators and the creation of a micro-clinic for the rehabilitation of people with amputated limbs at the Kyiv Regional Clinical Hospital,” Kalashnyk reported.

The head of the regional administration emphasized that “for the Kyiv region, it is extremely important that international businesses see the region’s potential, are ready to invest, create jobs, and develop innovative industries.”

“We are open to cooperation, and our goal is to make Ukraine’s reconstruction a story of shared success,” Kalashnyk stressed.
