It is noted that the battle for the Donbass has de facto already begun, Russia is sending all its forces there. The result of at least a stage of the war depends on the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the East.

The main goal of the Russian army in Ukraine is infrastructure facilities. Moscow wants Ukraine not to develop and be on the same level as the Russian Federation. The adviser told this to the Minister of Internal Affairs Vadim Denisenko.

He also noted that the night of April 10 was difficult in several areas. Residents experienced heavy shelling that night:

  • Mykolaiv region;
  • Kharkiv region;
  • Dnepropetrovsk region.

"The key goal is an attempt to de-industrialize Ukraine and destroy infrastructure facilities," said an adviser to the interior minister.

It is also worth considering that constant missile strikes and air raids on the regions are a method of demoralization and an attempt to sow panic among the population, says Denisenko.

At the same time, according to Denisenko, the battle for Donbass has already begun de facto, and Russia is sending all its forces there. The result of at least a stage of the war depends on the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the East.

At the same time, negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will take place when it is clear what the situation is in the East.

Putin has shown over the years of his rule that he sits down at the negotiating table when he believes he has a strong negotiating position. So far, he does not have such a negotiating position; therefore, according to Denisenko, negotiations in the near future are unlikely.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are aware of Russia's intentions in the East and South of our country. Ukrainian defenders are ready to give the occupier the maximum rebuff.
