"In today's time, when Ukraine is at war, and Russia shamefully wants to take not only our territories but also appropriates the works of many artists from the past century, it is crucial for us as cultural institutions to speak up and showcase our Ukrainian artists and their creative heritage. We take pride in having the works of the genius Tetiana Yablonska and Mykola Ghlushchenko in the collection of the Museum of the History of Kyiv City, and we have the opportunity to introduce Ukrainians to their art," says Diana Popova, the General Director of the museum.

In addition to the paintings of the two authors, the exhibition will also feature personal belongings of Tetiana Yablonska, including her working glasses, palette, and brushes.
