Naftogaz Group companies produced 13.5 billion cubic meters of gas in 11 months of 2024.
The Naftogaz Group – Ukrgazvydobuvannia and Ukrnafta – extracted 13.5 billion cubic meters of commercial natural gas during the first 11 months of 2024, reports Naftogaz's press service.
"Naftogaz Group continues to develop and increase gas production. Thanks to the comprehensive efforts of our team, we are overcoming all challenges related to the war and continuing our important mission – providing Ukrainians with heat and fuel," said Roman Chumak, who is temporarily acting as CEO of Naftogaz of Ukraine.
Naftogaz of Ukraine is the largest national oil and gas company of Ukraine. It is a state-owned company subordinated to the Government of Ukraine. The vertical-integrated company carries out a complete cycle of exploration operations and development of deposits, operating and exploratory drilling, extraction, transportation, and refinement of natural gas and crude oil, supply of natural and liquefied gas to consumers. The group is the largest taxpayer in Ukraine.
