The number of injured as a result of the Russian strike on Sumy has risen to 21.
This was reported on Telegram by acting mayor of Sumy and secretary of the Sumy City Council, Artem Kobzar.
"After today's strike by 'Shaheds,' unfortunately, there are 9 dead and 21 injured," said Kobzar.
Kobzar expressed gratitude to the rescuers, police officers, doctors, and NGOs for their work and assistance.
In Sumy, September 29 and 30 have been declared Days of Mourning for those killed during the drone attack on the hospital.
