The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has recognized the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine as genocide against the Ukrainian people, as reported by Yevheniya Kravchuk, a member of the Verkhovna Rada's permanent delegation to PACE (from the "Servant of the People" faction).

"Just now, the resolution 'Commemorating the 90th Anniversary of the Holodomor - Ukraine Again Faces the Threat of Genocide' was unanimously adopted by PACE. 80 votes in favor!" Kravchuk wrote on Facebook on Thursday.
