The Russian army attacked the city of Artsyz in the Odessa region with strike drones overnight, damaging a critical infrastructure facility.

The Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on Telegram.

“On the night of November 13, the armed forces of the Russian Federation attacked the city of Artsyz with strike drones. As a result of the enemy attack, a critical infrastructure facility, an administrative building, and repair workshops were damaged,” the statement said.

The agency clarified that no civilians were injured in the attack.

Prosecutors and police officers are working at the scene.

Under the procedural guidance of the Bolhrad District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into war crimes (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
