Russian forces launched 14 "Shahed" kamikaze drones and attacked Ukraine with 2 guided aviation missiles X-59 overnight.
The Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that 9 enemy drones were successfully eliminated by the Ukrainian air defense forces.
The military specified that the "Shahed" drones were launched by Russian forces from the directions of Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia) and Chauda (Crimea), while the aviation missiles were launched from the Belgorod region.
"As in the previous night, a significant number of 'Shahed' drones were directed by the enemy towards objects of the energy infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk region," stated the Air Force Command.
Mobile fire groups successfully destroyed 9 enemy drones. The downed drones were intercepted within the territories of Dnipropetrovsk, Odessa, Mykolaiv, and Zhytomyr regions.
