Over the past day, Russian forces carried out seven assaults on the Orihiv direction and three on the left bank of the Dnipro. Suffering losses, the enemy withdrew to their original positions.

"The previous day in the operational zone of the Southern Defense Forces was marked by counter-battery confrontation and repelling enemy assaults. The enemy did not cease attempts to dislodge our units from their positions but did not succeed. In the Orihiv direction, the occupiers conducted 7 assaults: 4 in the area of Staryi Mayorsk and 3 in the area of Pryutne. On the left bank of the Dnipro in occupied Kherson region, the enemy carried out 3 unsuccessful assaults. Suffering losses, they withdrew to their original positions," the statement said.
It was also noted that the Russian forces conducted artillery bombardments, delivered numerous airstrikes using guided aviation bombs and unguided aviation rockets, employed a large number of attack drones of various types, and continued aerial reconnaissance. In the operational zone, 68 reconnaissance UAVs of the enemy were detected over the past day.
The press service also reminded that no Russian fleet ships were observed in the Black and Azov Seas. Missile carriers are stationed mainly in Novorossiysk. In an attempt to preserve the naval fleet, the Russian forces constantly changes parking locations.
