The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) has detained another member of the Russian intelligence agency group uncovered in March this year in Mykolaiv. During a special operation in the regional center, four Russian agents were arrested, who were coordinating missile and drone strikes on the city.

According to the case materials, the main targets of the agent were backup command posts and logistical warehouses of the Defense Forces fighting on the southern front.

Currently, the fifth coordinator has been detained at their place of residence. After the exposure of the agent's cell, they went into hiding to avoid justice.

The individual is a 50-year-old local unemployed person, who had come under the radar of the Russian forces as a pro-Kremlin "commentator" in Telegram channel chats.

Like the other group members, he was in contact with the Russian forces through traitor Serhiy Lebedev (known by the alias "Lohmatyi"), who is hiding in Donetsk and works for both the FSB and Russian military intelligence.

It has been established that the coordinator, acting separately from the other agents, was going around the city and trying to locate Ukrainian defenders' bases.

Additionally, the individual secretly tried to extract the necessary information from his acquaintances during casual conversations.

The collected data was sent via messenger to "Lohmatyi," who then reported back to the Russian curators.

During searches, mobile phones were found with evidence of his work for the Russian Federation. Ammunition for firearms was also seized, the origin of which is being investigated by law enforcement.

The suspect is in custody and faces up to 12 years in prison.
