The regional branch of the State Property Fund in the Odessa and Mykolaiv regions has announced an auction for the privatization of the Unified Property Complex of the state enterprise "TVK," which consists of warehouse facilities located near the legendary 7th Kilometer Market in Odessa, as stated in the announcement by the State Property Fund.
"The privatization object is situated in an economically attractive area of the city of Odessa, on the territory adjacent to the Industrial Market 7th Kilometer," as mentioned by the State Property Fund.
The starting price of the object is 208,232,000 hryvnias.
The complex is a functioning business with an annual production volume of over 30 million hryvnias. The main type of activity of the state enterprise is warehousing and trade services.
The object consists of trade and warehouse, as well as administrative premises with a total area of 35,368.5 square meters. This includes 17 trade and warehouse premises, each averaging 2,000 square meters.
The fenced territory of the enterprise is located on a land plot with an area of 6.5 hectares.
The online auction is scheduled to be held on the Prozorro.Sale system on November 29, 2023.
In addition to the object's cost, the auction winner will be required to pay off 12.17 million hryvnias of the enterprise's credit obligations.
