The situation with fuel delivery in the occupied Luhansk region of Russia has become even more tense. The strategic reserve is depleted.

This was reported by the Luhansk Regional State Administration on Facebook.

"The Russian forces continue to shell this settlement relentlessly. Yesterday they used both mortars and artillery - both cannon and rocket. Artillery and mortar shelling was recorded in Stelmakhivka and Kuzemivka. Near this village, the Russians attempted to strike our positions with ten drones," said Artem Lysohor, the head of Luhansk region.

Aerial strikes by the invaders hit Tverdokhlibove and Bilohorivka. The Russian forces attacked in the areas of Andriivka, Stelmakhivka, Novoyehorivka, Makiyivka, Bilohorivka, and Serebrianske forestry. Over the week, the police in Luhansk region documented the destruction of four buildings in Novoliubivka, which were damaged by aerial strikes earlier this year. It is worth noting that in recent days, the Russians destroyed or damaged at least nine residential buildings in Nevske.

In the LPR, there is no legislation regarding custody and care. In the ten years of collaboration in Luhansk, this issue was never addressed. Every action in this area was outside the legal framework. Therefore, orphaned children are even deprived of the right to receive a housing certificate - there are no legal grounds. Moreover, there are no corresponding powers in the local authorities, which require the approval of a series of regulatory acts.

"The situation with fuel delivery to the so-called LPR has become even more tense. After two fires at oil depots in Luhansk and Rovenky, the Russian forces no longer have the ability to accumulate and store a significant volume of oil products in one place," said Artem Lysohor

Now the shortage is even more noticeable. Of course, fuel supplies by Russians to the occupied Luhansk region continue, but they do not meet current needs. And there is no longer a strategic reserve.
