The Ukrainian company Tank Bureau, which specializes in developing, manufacturing, and supporting ground robotic complexes, has created the NUMO drone, which can carry up to 300 kg of cargo.
“NUMO has been codified according to NATO standards by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. The platform has successfully passed all required tests and trials, proving its reliability,” Tank Bureau said.
The company noted that the platform is now approved for use and procurement by the Defense Forces.
NUMO is a tracked platform built on a modular principle, the publication Oboronka reports, citing a press release. A turret, relay-mast, mine-clearing trawl, or a coil with barbed tape can be mounted on the robotic complex.
NUMO specifications:
- Gross weight: 620 kg (with cargo); empty weight: 320 kg.
- Ground clearance: 235 mm.
- Maximum payload: up to 300 kg.
- Maximum speed: up to 7 km/h.
- Communication range: up to 1.5 km.
- Range: 25 km with two batteries, and 40–45 km with four batteries.
The price of the NUMO robotic complex starts at 423,000 UAH. Tank Bureau also produces the tracked transport vehicle GUTIR for logistics, evacuation, and combat tasks; its price starts at 230,000 UAH.
