Russia, by shelling Ukrainian port and civilian infrastructure, continues to carry out food terror.
This was emphasized by the US Ambassador to Ukraine, Bridget Brink.
"Russian shelling of civilian and port infrastructure in Odessa, Izmail, and Reni devastates places where people live and work. As Russia continues to use food as a weapon, these intensified attacks also constitute a widespread assault on Ukraine's ability to supply essential grain to people around the world," stated Bridget Brink.
