This information was reported by Vadym Fylyashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.

On January 15, Russian forces dropped two guided bombs on a three-story building in New York. At that time, as a result of the Russian aggression, three people were injured, and five remained trapped under the rubble.
