Air defense forces shot down ten out of ten Russian army cruise drones over Kyiv and Chernihiv regions during the day.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine’s Air Force reported this on Telegram.
The military noted that from 07:00 to 17:00 on Wednesday, January 14, Russian forces intensified air attacks using cruise UAVs toward Kyiv.
All necessary means, including aviation, were employed to neutralize the Russian drones.
As of 17:00, ten out of ten targets had been shot down. After examining the wreckage, specialists are expected to determine the types and payloads of these UAVs.
The Russian attack continues: Shahed-type kamikaze drones and other UAVs have been spotted south of Kyiv.
Citizens are urged not to ignore the air raid alert.
