On the night of November 7 (from 20:00 on November 6), Russian forces launched an attack with 128 strike drones, including Shahed, Gerbera, and other types, from the directions of Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), and Chauda (occupied Crimea). About 80 of them were Shahed drones.
The air assault was repelled by Ukraine’s aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, drone units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data as of 09:00, air defense systems had shot down or suppressed 94 enemy drones, including Shahed, Gerbera, and other types, across the north, south, and east of the country.
There were 31 confirmed drone strikes on 11 locations.
