The United States has provided Ukraine with $1.35 billion in non-repayable aid, which will go to Ukraine’s state budget.

This was \ by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal,.

According to Shmyhal, the U.S. government allocated the funds through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in coordination with the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the U.S. Department of State.

"We are directing these funds to priority humanitarian and social programs," Shmyhal wrote.

Ukraine’s Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko noted that direct budget support from the U.S. has reached $28.2 billion since February 2022.

"This is the largest financial aid to Ukraine from any country in the world. The strong partnership with the U.S. helps Ukraine's government maintain financial stability and support citizens by providing essential public services such as education and emergency services," he said.

This year, U.S. budget support for Ukraine is planned at $7.8 billion, of which $5.2 billion has already been mobilized.
