The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has launched the country’s first official website dedicated to artificial intelligence. The platform serves as a unified entry point for all AI-related government initiatives, strategic documents, analytics, updates, and opportunities for businesses, researchers, educational institutions, and international partners.
This initiative is part of Ukraine’s broader digital transformation agenda and long-term AI development strategy.
"Our goal is to become one of the top three countries globally in terms of AI development and implementation by 2030. We are already testing our national LLM — Diia.AI — in open beta and working on a national AI strategy. The launch of this platform is a key step in consolidating efforts across sectors," said Oleksandr BornyakovDeputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine
The platform offers:
- Access to government-issued AI guidelines, legal frameworks, and sector-specific analytics;
- The opportunity to participate in the national AI Committee under the Ministry of Digital Transformation;
- Updates on the formation of Ukraine’s AI Strategy 2030;
- A directory of companies involved in AI governance initiatives;
- Insight into the country’s growing AI ecosystem and its key actors.
Special attention is given to startups. Through the AI SandBox project, companies can test their AI solutions in a secure environment for compliance with international standards in fields such as GovTech, MedTech, BioTech, AgroTech, DefenseTech, and EdTech. Participants will receive guidance and support from government institutions.
The website also provides access to the initiatives of WINWIN AI Center of Excellence — Ukraine’s first hub for AI integration and innovation.
The website was developed with support of the Digitalisation for Growth, Integrity, and Transparency Project (UK DIGIT), implemented by Eurasia Foundation and funded by UK Dev.
