Ukraine is launching a partnership with the global leader in artificial intelligence voice technologies, ElevenLabs, to integrate voice support into public services.
This was reported by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
“At IT Arena, we announced the start of cooperation with ElevenLabs — a global leader in AI voice technologies. Together, we have already launched our first product — a digital twin. This partnership will help integrate voice support into our digital services and make them accessible to every Ukrainian,” Fedorov said.
According to him, the plans include:
- Integrating voice AI on the Diia portal and app — Ukrainians will be able to make requests and receive services using their voice;
- Implementing innovations in public educational apps and platforms;
- Adding voice functionality to internal tools of the Ministry of Digital Transformation — for AI assistants, onboarding, and more.
“The future belongs to agentive states. Ukraine is already moving toward a format where interacting with the state is reduced to a single request or even a voice message,” Fedorov emphasized.
