The National Olympic Committee of Ukraine revealed the final number of participants for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.

NOС President Vadym Gutzeit announced that Ukraine will send 140 athletes to the upcoming Olympics, competing across 23 sports disciplines.

This number of athletes marks the smallest delegation in Ukraine's history at the Games. The previous record low was set at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, with 155 athletes. The largest contingents for Ukraine will be in athletics (25 athletes) and football (18).

Ukraine secured five Olympic spots at the last moment. Hammer thrower Iryna Klymets, wrestlers Vasyl Mykhailov, Oleksandr Khotsianivskyi, and Manola Skobelska, as well as judoka Khrystyna Homan, earned places in the roster following reallocation of quotas due to bans or Russian withdrawals.

Here is the breakdown of Ukraine's team for the 2024 Olympic Games by sport:

The 2024 Olympics will commence on July 26 and continue until August 11. Approximately 10,500 athletes from around the world will compete across 48 disciplines in the quadrennial event.
