In January-February 2025, Ukraine imported goods worth $11.3 billion and exported goods worth $6.3 billion. Taxable imports amounted to $8.6 billion, which accounts for 76% of the total imports.

Among the imported goods in January-February 2025, the following categories accounted for 67% of the total:
- Machines, equipment, and transport: $4.3 billion

(Customs payments: 15.8 billion UAH, 16% of total customs revenue) - Energy resources: $1.4 billion

- Metals and metal products: $624 million
- Machines, equipment, and transport: $568 million
For January-February 2025, during the customs clearance of exported goods subject to export duties, 41.2 million UAH was paid to the budget.
