The Air Force units worked on the invaders in different directions, particularly using HARM anti-radar missiles.
Over the past day, on September 2 and the beginning of the day (before 02:00 a.m.) on September 3, anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force destroyed 5 unmanned aerial vehicles of the operational-tactical level and 5 sea-based cruise missiles of the Kalibr type, fired by the invaders from the water area the Black Sea.

âThe crews of the MiG-29 and Su-27 provide fighter cover for strike aircraft and hit enemy air defense positions with AGM-88 HARM anti-radar missiles. Meanwhile, bomber and assault aircraft traditionally deliver missile and bomb strikes against platoon and strongholds, positions of multiple launch rocket systems, crossings, ammunition depots, fuel and lubricants reserves, accumulation of manpower and armored vehicles of the invaders," the General Staff notes.
The Russians focused on trying to capture the Donbas. The day before, Putin set a new date for the region's occupation - September 15. However, experts from the Institute for the Study of War doubt that the Russian army will succeed, given the stall in its advancement.
