Today, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, signed an important agreement with the Dutch Minister of Defense, Ruben Brekelmans, to launch joint Ukrainian–Dutch drone production.
The signed document paves the way for the joint manufacturing of Ukrainian unmanned systems both in Ukraine and in the Netherlands.
“We continue to scale up the production of the best examples of Ukrainian weaponry in cooperation with our partners,” stated Denys Shmyhal.
According to him, production will be shared between Ukraine and the Netherlands. The drones will be procured by the Dutch side and delivered to the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
On behalf of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal expressed gratitude to the Netherlands and Minister Brekelmans for their unwavering support.
