Hackers from the Blackjack group carried out a cyber attack on a Russian state enterprise that builds military facilities throughout the aggressor state's territory and obtained 1.2 terabytes of valuable data from its databases.
This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The Main Intelligence Directorate specified that the target was the federal state unitary enterprise 'Main Military Construction Management for Special Objects.'
Ukrainian cyber volunteers from the Blackjack group infiltrated the database of the Russian state company and obtained 1.2 terabytes of valuable data. Among the acquired data is technical documentation for over 500 objects of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
"Critical information about Russian military facilities, whether completed, under construction/reconstruction, or planned for construction, has been handed over to the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine," the statement said.
