The government has adopted a resolution regulating the issue of international military assistance. In addition to synchronizing processes in providing military assistance, accounting, monitoring, and control, logistics for supply are also being established.

"This resolution allowed the launch of the 'Ukrainian Logistics Hub' outside the country. In fact, this is a Ukrainian unit within an international hub that combines a logistics network of partners with Ukrainian representation," emphasized Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Stanislav Haider.

The "Ukrainian Logistics Hub" includes representatives from the Ministry of Defense, Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ministry of Internal Affairs, and other government agencies (with consent). This will facilitate coordination in receiving and transporting cargo, as well as coordinating the movement of Ukrainian military personnel for training abroad.

"Previously, the activity of Ukrainian personnel at international partner hubs was not regulated normatively. This caused a number of financial, administrative, and organizational difficulties," noted Stanislav Haider.

Now, when international assistance is delivered to Ukraine, the General Staff distributes it among the components of the Security and Defense Forces for the most effective and rational use. Logistics units of the Defense Forces are responsible for transporting goods through the units.

"One of the main tasks of the Ministry of Defense is to monitor the use of international military assistance in the Security and Defense Forces. Thus, thanks to this resolution, we will be able to synchronize the data on the assistance received at the state level. If previously the National Guard, Border Guard Service, and National Police kept internal records, now the Ministry of Defense will consolidate this in a single report," explained the Deputy Minister of Defense.
