From November 10 to 13, Web Summit 2025 took place in Lisbon — one of the world’s largest technology conferences. The event brought together over 71,000 participants, 3,000 companies, more than 1,000 investors, and 2,700+ startups.

Web Summit is a key event for developers, investors, and international businesses, offering startups the opportunity to showcase their solutions, establish international partnerships, and attract investment.

The Ukrainian tech ecosystem was represented at the event by the Seeds of Bravery stand, which united the project’s beneficiaries and 15 tech startups: Allpass.ai, FortuneGuard, Glendeal, Intelswift, LifeStyleCamper, LifesaverSIM, Mindship, Nasnaga, Obriy AI, Pickpad, SoilyWorld, StackBob.ai, SYLA, TrackAI, and Vulnebify.

Additionally, the Ukrainian startup SYLA, which develops a bionic knee prosthesis, was among the top 10 startups pitching on the main stage, received the Impact Startup award, and is preparing for a $1 million pre-seed round.

The StackBob.ai team, which creates a company access and subscription management system, won the UATech Venture Night side event, received the Best Ukrainian-Founded Startup award, and began negotiations with European resellers to enter the UK, Netherlands, and Spain markets.

Developers of the cybersecurity platform Vulnebify are discussing a $500,000 investment, while the FortuneGuard team, which provides insurance against war risks, has started negotiations to enter the Gulf market.

During the conference, Ukrainian teams also:

  • Presented their technologies;
  • Participated in side events and pitching on the main stage;
  • Held dozens of meetings with investors and potential partners;
  • Established contacts to enter new markets.

The delegation of Ukrainian startups was organized by the Ukrainian Startup Fund in partnership with Plug and Play Tech Center, within the Seeds of Bravery consortium, with support from the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the GIZ project “DT4SME,” commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
