Supporting the Ukrainian creative industry and cultural diplomacy are among the main focuses of the Ukrainian Vogue team. In times when Ukraine is undergoing its most challenging trial in history, this has become the primary mission. To fulfill this purpose, Vogue UKraine has initiated the Vogue Talent Prize project to recognize and support Ukrainian designers.

In 2023, in partnership with the French brand Kronenbourg, Vogue announces the Resilience and Social Impact nomination to honor brands that not only introduce Ukrainian fashion to the world but also engage in active volunteer activities, aiding veterans and war-affected Ukrainians.

"We are especially pleased to acknowledge the contribution that Ukrainian designers make every day to collective resistance: creating essential defense products, raising funds for shelters and medical aid, and maintaining jobs for their team members," says Veniamin Brykalin, Editor-in-Chief of Ukrainian Vogue. "In the Resilience & Social Impact category, we honor those who, despite current difficult circumstances, do the nearly impossible and assist the military and civilians through self-initiated humanitarian and charitable projects and volunteering."

The selection of nominees by the Ukrainian Vogue team took into account publicly available information about the volunteer activities of Ukrainian designers and brands. Upon request from the editorial team, the contenders provided documents confirming the extent and intended use of their assistance.

In August, the names of five laureates will be announced. They will receive recognition from Vogue.ua and editorial support on the Ukrainian Vogue website, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Additionally, they will receive a monetary prize to support the development of their professional activities.
