The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine has updated the catalog of 106 industrial parks — an online resource that helps businesses and investors find optimal locations for setting up production facilities with ready infrastructure and favorable operating conditions.
The catalog contains all the key information about the 106 industrial parks registered across different regions of the country, necessary for selecting a suitable site. Each park includes:
- specializations — from mechanical engineering to light and food industries;
- infrastructure — availability of utilities and transport networks;
- benefits and incentives — tax, customs, and other incentives for participants and other stakeholders;
- location, area, and contacts of the initiators.
Each hectare of an industrial park creates about 50 new jobs, and every 1 dollar of public investment attracts an average of 6 dollars of private capital.
The state continues to invest in developing the necessary engineering and transport infrastructure, supporting the initiators and management companies of industrial parks in its expansion.
“Despite all challenges, Ukraine continues to create a favorable environment for investors. Already, 106 industrial parks are registered. In 2024, 13 applicants received funding into escrow accounts totaling 925.05 million UAH. Park participants can benefit from state incentives — exemption from VAT and customs duties on imported equipment, a 10-year exemption from corporate tax if profits are reinvested, as well as reduced land and property rates,” said Vitalii Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
Industrial parks remain one of the key directions of state policy for promoting production and attracting investment under the “Made in Ukraine” programme.
