According to the latest data published by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (GSChS), nine civilians were killed during the shelling, and about twenty were injured. The search for four more people continues. The Russian side did not comment on the shelling of Slovyansk. Russian troops launched a rocket attack on the city on the afternoon of April 14, damaging five high-rise buildings and five private houses, a store, a business center, a club and three cars. In one of the five-story residential buildings, the top two floors collapsed - a two-year-old child was there. When rescuers got him out of the rubble, he was alive, but died on the way to the hospital.
