The author of the project is the chief conductor of the theater Vyacheslav Chernukho-Volich.
From January 30 to February 28 at the Odessa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, the Winter Promenade festival will be held for the second time. This project combines opera and symphonic music conceived by the chief conductor Vyacheslav Chernukho-Volich.
Vyacheslav Chernukho-Volich graduated from the Department of Opera and Symphony Conducting of the Belarusian Academy of Music in 1994 in the class of Professor G.P. Provatorov and his master's degree in 1996 in the class of Professor A.M. Anisimov. He began his conducting career in 1992 with the Minsk Wind Orchestra "Nemiga". In 1993 he became the conductor of the Belarusian State Theater of Musical Comedy, from 1995 to 2019 he was the conductor of the National Academic Bolshoi Theater of Belarus.
The maestro's repertoire includes over 50 operas and ballets of world and national Belarusian classics. Staged about 20 opera and ballet performances in theaters in Belarus, Russia and Turkey. Collaborates with theaters and symphony orchestras of Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Cyprus and China. Participated in numerous opera and ballet festivals in Belarus and other countries.
